Dianne is a Director and heads up the Queensland ABLA office. With more than 20 years experience she is highly regarded in industrial relations and employment law and recognised by her peers in Best Lawyers for the years 2018 – 2021.
Dianne provides employers with strategic and practical advice and draws on her unique experience having worked as a national industrial officer for a large and diverse group of companies in the 1990s and early 2000s. This practical approach to industrial relations and employment matters is highly valued by her clients and often sees her at the bargaining table with unions and employees. This proved invaluable in a recent matter where Dianne assisted a large national organisation in avoiding reputational risk, union involvement and litigation when advising on a number of complex industrial matters.
