HR veteran Rose Frawley will step into the role of chief people officer
Global video streaming platform Vimeo has appointed HR veteran Rose Frawley as its chief people officer (CPO) to lead the organisation's global talent strategy.
In an announcement, the company said Frawley's commitment to a people-first strategy and culture reflects the company's momentum in attracting top-tier talent.
"I'm incredibly honoured to join Vimeo at such a pivotal moment for video communications platforms and be a part of a team as passionate about driving success as I am," Frawley said in a statement.
"I'm excited to maintain and protect the culture and values that have long served the company. As Vimeo continues to grow, we'll continue to meet employees where they are and ensure they feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive."
Frawley brings with her more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to Vimeo, she was the CPO at YipitData from April 2024 to May 2025.
She was also the CPO at Vivvix from February 2023 to April 2024, according to her LinkedIn profile. She also has a range of HR leadership roles, including at Datto, Inc., and FactSet.
Philip Moyer, CEO at Vimeo, said they are thrilled to welcome Frawley as the company's CPO.

Frawley said on LinkedIn she is also looking forward to working with Moyer and Vimeo's leadership team.
"I found myself full of energy coming into the city each day this week, knowing that I'd be stepping into a vibrant culture full of talented and creative colleagues," she said on LinkedIn.
"It's a powerful combination to have a team so committed to our mission, ready to leverage a people-first approach as we continue delivering exceptional video experiences."
Vimeo's leadership team includes chief information security officer Ryan Weeks and chief product & technology officer Robert Petrocelli, with whom Frawley previously worked at Datto.
