HRD Canada is searching for the industry's best places to work

It's time to be recognized as an employer of choice

A top employer can have many features – such as great benefits, sufficient resources, and excellent management – but to uncover what truly makes an organization a wonderful place to work, one has to look at its foundation: people.

To recognize the outstanding employers in the country, HRD Canada has opened its Best Places to Work survey.

To be considered for this inaugural award, organizations may fill out an employer form that provides details on their various practices based on metrics that include culture, benefits, employee development, and more. Participating companies will then receive an employee survey to circulate internally, the results of which will be used to determine the winners.
