The search for Australia’s best employers is on

HRD has opened entries for its fourth annual Employer of Choice survey

The search for Australia’s best employers is on
The annual search for Australia’s best workplaces from the employee perspective is on with entries for HRD’s Employer of Choice report now open.

Now in its fourth year, the Employer of Choice report is well-established in the HR profession as a valuable accolade. The unique methodology, asking employees to rate their organisation across a number of criteria to determine Australia’s best places to work, provides a valuable opportunity for HR practitioners to put their initiatives to the test and benchmark performance against companies from across the country.

HRD readers who want to get involved should share the online survey link with staff in their organisation. The top-rated companies in each size bracket based on anonymous employee feedback will be awarded the title of 2018 Employer of Choice. This accolade brings with it national coverage in HRD magazine and online as well as exclusive print and online marketing material that can be incorporated in employer branding, internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

As an incentive to take part in the survey, all respondents will go in a prize draw to win one of four prepaid $80 Visa gift cards.

The Employer of Choice survey will close Friday 16 February.
