Recruiters come out on top when filling specialist roles

The HR industry is speaking up on what makes a recruiter stand above the rest. Do you agree?

What criteria are the most important when choosing a recruiter?

Responses so far to HRD’s Top Recruiters survey indicate that external recruitment firms really come to the fore when it comes to filling specialist and niche roles.

The short survey asks HR professionals about their hiring experiences and the types and proportion of roles for which they might use a recruiter. The survey also provides the opportunity to name the recruitment firms that have most impressed across 12 categories from banking and financial services, IT and executive recruitment through to sales and marketing, professional services and hospitality.

Add your voice here. All survey respondents will go in the draw to win one of two passes to attend the National HR Summit 2017, each worth $1,850. Survey closes Friday 16 December.
