Global HR survey winner revealed

More than 4,000 HR professionals took part in Human Resources Director’s inaugural Global HR Survey, but who won the Apple TV?

More than 4,000 HR professionals took part in Human Resources Director’s inaugural Global HR Survey and today we can name the lucky winner as Canadian participant Irene Celani, from Toronto, who wins an Apple TV.

This unprecedented survey asked readers of HRD and our sister publications for an ‘health check’, looking at the critical issues and challenges facing HR practitioners and the profession as a whole.

Globally 4,423 HR professionals took part, with close to half of survey respondents residing in Australia. A total of 37 countries are represented by survey respondents with particular focus on territories where HRD has a presence: Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US.

Reflecting HRD’s high-level readership, most survey respondents hold executive level, decision-making positions within their companies, the bulk of which are large organisations with 1000+ employees. More than 30% of participants are HR directors (or similar) with just over 15% identifying themselves as CHROs.

The Global HR Survey results will provide a truly international perspective on key strategic issues and people management priorities in today’s business environment.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey.
