Reporting to the Global Managing Director and partnering key local executives, you will immerse yourself in the business and provide strategic HR advice, solutions and counsel to ensure the business meets its visionary goals. With a high potential HR team still developing their expertise, you will enjoy coaching and leading for success.
Key HR agenda items in this business include:
Implementing a global learning management system
Taking the lead in continuous improvement of career and training frameworks for a predominantly Gen Y workforce
Further developing a high performing culture
Introducing innovative recruitment and retention strategies
To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will have recent experience working within a fast-paced retail environment with multiple sites. A HR generalist who can flex between the strategic and the operational, you will have a particular lean towards organisational development and can truly demonstrate the ROI your interventions have had.
This role will entail some travel (including international) and will suit a pragmatic, energetic and engaging personality style who won’t mind sitting in open plan and working in a fun and dynamic work environment.
