  • HSE Compliance Specialist and Leadership experience essential
Play an integral role in the growth of this fast paced and energetic organisation with this permanent opportunity as the HSE Compliance Manager, reporting to the Head of HSE, managing a small team of 3 to 5 specialists, where you will be responsible for all compliance issues and programs for the organisation.

Key accountabilities for the role are to manage all HSE compliance activities, manage systems/compliance audits, manage all HSE licences and certifications and develop systems and processes in relation to compliance. You will also be responsible for facilitating investigations for serious/significant contract breaches, as well as maintaining and managing supply agreements, act as subject matter expert in internal and external meetings and compile all weekly/monthly/ad-hoc HSE audit reporting.

Being a specialist within HSE Compliance is essential in this hands on and operational role, with proven leadership experience of at least 5 years to manage this small team. Having a minimum Diploma level within a related field is essential, and relevant degree is preferred.

Based in Melbourne CBD, this role has national coverage, where the organisation is experiencing rapid growth within the ICT space so you must be able to demonstrate your ability to change quickly, and where experience within ICT would be advantageous.
