We have an exciting opportunity to join a global business who is a leader in their industry. They pride themselves on developing innovative products that have an incredible impact on people's everyday lives. As a very profitable business they now seek to recruit a senior HR Business Partner to be part of their HR team. You will have a particular focus on Talent Management and Learning and Development.
The business relies on the quality of their people to achieve exceptional business results. They have high expectations, high levels of engagement and a truly committed workforce. You will build on best practices and advise on strategic and tactical HR matters specifically around Learning & Development, Organisation Development and Talent activities.
You will have a strong collaborative approach when assisting the HR Director and you will work closely with the business leaders and leadership team to consult, inspire and provide practical advice on a broad range of people issues. You will align HR plans with the overall business plans and lead key HR projects and initiatives. With a focus on talent and succession planning, you will lead initiatives that recruit, retain and develop employees and create a culture of a highly engaged workforce.
To be successful in the role, you will ideally be degree qualified and have held Learning and Development and HR Business Partner roles within multinational businesses. You will have worked in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related industry sectors. With exceptional communications skills, you will have strong design and facilitation skills and have the ability to interface and build relationships with all levels of staff.
