With 2014 fast approaching, now is the time to make sure you are prepared for the anti-bullying amendments soon to be in effect.

    Will pressure to work excessive hours be addressed? Will undue pressure to work on weekends - unpaid be addressed? Will pressure to travel be addressed? All forms of bullying I believe.

    How about when your manager is paranoid / feels threatened, therefore starts putting the wheels in motion to have you axed? This would be a common denominator in most work places, however , there will always be a grey area for the employer to work with which will cover them from any unfair actions.
