What are an employer’s obligations upon termination of employment of an employee on a 457 visa? Sarah Thapa provides her tips.

    As an employer my employee ceased the work in April I waited for solution but didn't work .
    Now is September how can I complaint to immigration can I complaint now or it is too late,
    Employee already applied for ENS 189 visa for permanency
    Plz advice me

    My company sponsorship suspend 2 year.I am still working my 2 year finished on October 9 I suppose company suspend affect my work experience or not

    If I resign from my job whilst on a 457 visa, is the employer still bound to pay for flights home? They don't want to agree to this in the deed of release but refer to complying with visa obligations.

    Hi! I was just recently terminated from employment. I am on a 457 visa. I wrote an email to me to our HR Manager but she hasn't replied yet. It has been 3 days and I have sent consecutive emails to follow up on my repatriation request. If the company continues to ignore my email, what other recourse do I have to get the repatriation. I really want to go back home soon but I want the company to shoulder it since it is part of their obligation. I am looking forward to your reply. I hope you can guide me in this process.
