Seamus Burke writes that the annual Christmas party can be a hotbed of potential liability – and social media has added another layer of complexity. However, there’s no reason to cancel the party just yet...

Thanks Seamus - a great read. Christmas can indeed be a time when the principal "a closed mouth gathers no foot" can be applied.. but how hard is that when there are copious amounts of (free!) champagne and other booze?? It's the one time of year to get absolutely schickered with workmates and celebrate not only Christmas, but making it through another year! Hooray!

My colleague Kurt wrote a similar blog piece last month if anyone's keen >>>

Happy Festivus to the rest of Us!

In the current workplace climate it can be very difficult to maintain MORALE. Without Morale we have nothing but bloody stress! Maintain the X-Mas Parties and have a MID Year one as well, Cheers to All.
