Could this unorthodox technique harvest senior execs’ ‘banks of intellect’ by forming unlikely relationships?

Nice that Executives would find the time and the desire to have these conversations. This is a new phenomenon and if it's starting to happen it is surely another little piece of the wellbeing and productivity cycle.

Reverse mentoring? Really? Another 'fashionable' term for valuing individuals and the skills they bring to the table. Sharing ideas and experiences is not a new concept. Team success is based on individuals bringing their particular strengths to the fore and good leadership is all about being able to recognise and harness it for the good of the business.
