Fake HR person to weed out bad hires

Manners matter but sometimes a person is already hired before HR realises they lack etiquette. So how can HR avoid this? Employ a ‘fake HR’, according to one CEO.

    Some useful data on behaviour and values can be gleaned this way. A word of caution...when you quiz people, make sure you are asking for evidence of observed behaviour. Otherwise you can fall into the pitfalls of cloning, or prejudice and stereotyping, or even worse: risk an accusation of unfair discrimination because you are making decisions not related to key selection criteria.
