Today's leaders are not only required to think about the bottom-line but are being challenged to bring out the best in their people. Understanding your (and others') emotions is vital to resonant leadership. It creates positive energy, reduces stress, engaged the team and builds resilience. EI affects all areas of human behavior and significantly impacts on the effectiveness of decisions made by leaders. Unfortunately, in many workplaces EI still often remains the most undervalued skill.
