Although Skype chats and psychometric tests are all the rage, a shorter recruitment process might be the answer, experts say.

    Yes, frustrating the candidates is not ideal. In contact centre recruitment we aimed to get the process from advert to offer to less than 4 weeks, including phone screen, psychometric testing and face to face interview.
