The importance of performing due diligence on contractors has been highlighted by the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) taking court action against Coles over an alleged $143,000 underpayment of trolley collectors in Adelaide.

    On the story about Coles it is happening everywhere in nsw the new company that has taken over for Coles UTC have promised to put everyone on the books by January this year it still hasn't happened and we are now in July we are still only getting $10 per hour why isn't anything being done

    Happening in Brisbane.. They get 6 hours free Training work and then they get a new batch of recruits for nothing and use them and do not want to know them after they pass their training.
    Staff for free.
