Alexander has made great contributions to Sanofi over the past two years, both in business partnering as part of the ANZ HR team and in providing support for the JPAC organisational development team.
Alexander’s leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and dedication enabled the company to achieve White Ribbon accreditation. She led a cross-function team of 15 employees to implement a domestic violence policy and coordinated domestic violence awareness training via a third party for more than 100 people leaders across ANZ.
Alexander played a crucial role in the design and launch of the company’s onboarding and offboarding portal. She also has a pivotal role in Sanofi’s graduate program – from mentoring graduates, as assessor of the graduate recruitment and selection strategy, to supporting the graduate onboarding program.
As JPAC OD associate, she has successfully deployed global leadership development programs within ANZ, Japan, and Korea including management and leadership essentials.
