Tan Sor Cheng is currently Managing Director and Group Head of HR Technology, Shared Services and Risk for DBS Bank. In this position, Tan drives HR organisational effectiveness that supports the company’s growth. She is responsible for the efficient functioning of HR shared services, across the 18 markets globally through transformation and effective HR shared services architecture. She leads in the overall design and delivery of HR technology strategy, and drives the HR digital strategy surrounding the employee life cycle for the whole organisation. Tan is also responsible for ensuring proper risk and control for all HR processes across the organisation.
