The Oranges Toolkit

HR Service Provider Awards 2020

Established in 2017, The Oranges Toolkit builds mental and emotional agility through seriously refreshing workplace wellbeing and resilience training programs. Its evidence-informed, measurable, and practical learning programs support organisations to build employee wellbeing and resilience so that they are better equipped to adapt to complexity, change and adversity. Backed by the latest research from renowned scientific fields like positive psychology and neuroscience, The Oranges Toolkit framework targets seven segments of wellbeing – optimism, resilience, attitude (mindset), now (mindfulness), gratitude, energy, and strengths. Services on offer include transformational workshops (virtual and in-person); live webinars; video-based e-learning; keynotes, conferences, and event presentations; coaching services; micro-learning programs; strengths and emotional intelligence profiling; and training/accreditation for the organisation’s own trainers to deliver the unique Oranges Toolkit program.

Not only does the program provide business leaders and professionals with the practical tools to help them thrive at work, The Oranges Toolkit is a social enterprise that returns profits to Australia’s leading childhood cancer charity, Camp Quality, to support kids aged 0-15 facing cancer.
