HR director
Tricia Duran is a strategic business leader and HR professional with nearly three decades of local, regional, and global experience – 10 years of which she has spent with Unilever. She joined Unilever in September 1992 as HR consultant and has since then rose up the ranks until she was promoted to head of HR in June 2011. She is currently in charge overall of end-to-end HR for the Singapore headquarters, the Southeast Asia and Australasia corporate functions, and head of talent attraction. In her current role, Duran works to transform Unilever to be purpose-led and future-fit through driving major organisational transformation and the creation of the Vision 2020 organisational roadmap.
