Keith Hutchison is a global leader with 20 years of experience working in the utility industry in positions of increasing responsibility mainly within Human Resources. Keith currently serves chief HR and diversity officer at National Grid USA.
Hutchison began his career with National Grid in 2000 as a first line supervisor in the Gas Distribution business, before moving into HR business partner roles in Gas Distribution, Electricity & Gas Transmission, and Non-Regulated Businesses. In 2016, Keith became head of labor relations & business partnering before his current appointment/ He celebrated his 20-year milestone with the Company on July 1, 2020 and in the same year was named by the National Diversity Council in the list of Top 50 Chief Diversity Officers in the USA.
