Julie Harris of VetPartners has been with the company since December 2017, initially as director of learning and development before getting promoted to CPO in July 2018. Her people team is responsible for recruitment, human resources, payroll, and learning and development within the company. She brings to her role more than two decades of experience in the veterinary industry and is quite accomplished in managing teams of people to achieve organisational goals. Outside her role, Harris owns a successful business consultancy, Aspire High, that is focused on training and knowledge to improve business owner’s communication.
