Jessica Farrell, head of people and culture at Publicis Groupe, describes herself as a people geek with a pragmatic, committed, and passionate approach. With an HR degree and 15 years of HR experience, Farrell has worked with some great businesses not just in Australia but also abroad. She joined Publicis in August 2017 as people and culture manager, and was quickly promoted to people and culture director in in January 2019, before she took on her current role in March last year. Prior to Publicis, Farrell was with Nike, where she served as HR manager for United Kingdom and Ireland. Before that she was HR manager for Asia Pacific at Virgin Active, where she worked for four years.
