Deborah Maynard is a strategic HR professional with more than two decades of experience in performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, employee relations, coaching, and leadership development. Maynard has been with Coast Mental Health for nearly four years, and before that was with Cascade Aerospace as vice president of human resources (2011- 2016) and as director of human resources (2010-2011). She was also previously vice president of human resources at Golden Boy Foods (2009-2010) and JD Sweid Foods (2007-2009). Her HR expertise was also developed through her work with Alderwoods Group, ICBC, and Evirotest Canada.
