Choice of Superannuation Fund affects everyone with an interest in super – employees, employers, trustees and advisers. This is backed up by a couple of hefty appendices, which make for heavy going.
The chapter for employers details a wide variety of issues, including timing, cost and liability concerns as well as a concise warning on financial product advice.
Given super choice is not an option for employers, this book is a good guide for any HR professional struggling with the impending issue of choice.
