Theresa Jory has joined ANZ as senior
manager change management for Australia
Operations. This role will involve the
development of strategic and tactical change
management capability for Australia Operations, including
participating in the deployment of a new ANZ methodology for
change management. Jory has more than 10 years’ experience in
industries including banking, utilities, government and, more
recently, in consulting with Ernst & Young. She is a passionate
advocate for managing change well.
Peter Kerr has joined ANZ as senior manager
learning services, institutional. Kerr is
responsible for the design, development and
delivery of learning programs across ANZ’s
institutional division globally. He has more than 20 years’
experience in organisational development in the areas of systems-
based diagnosis, design, delivery, evaluation and marketing of
corporate learning curricula. He was previously with Ernst &
Young, where he held the role of senior manager, organisational
development and learning.
Vodafone Hutchison Australia has appointed
Greg Bourke to director of human resources.
Bourke joined Hutchison 3G Australia (3) in
January 1999 and has successfully developed
Hutchison 3G Australia’s people strategies over the past 10 years.
Prior to joining 3 he was the HR director of America’s Digital
Equipment Corporation, and he’s also held senior HR management
positions with Mobil Oil and Trans Australia Airlines.
National Australia Bank has recruited Caroline
Skipper to the role of people & culture
business partner, NAB Retail (NSW/ACT) and
NAB Broker. Prior to NAB, Skipper worked for
Old Mutual Australia Group where she was general manager, HR.
Skipper has also held a number of senior positions in the financial
and professional services industries, ranging from HR
management, operational management, sales and service
management and general management in both lines of business
and centralised HR functions.
Employment law specialist Sharlene Wellard
has been promoted to partner at Australian
Business Lawyers. Wellard joined the firm in
2000, shortly after its foundation. She advises
clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters across a
broad spectrum of employment law issues. The firm has also
recently promoted Kelly Godfrey to special counsel. Godfrey has
more than 13 years employment law experience, and she joined the
firm six years ago. She advises on all aspects of state and federal
industrial relations law issues.
