As a senior member of the Corporate HR team and reporting to the GM of Strategy and
People, you will develop and champion practical high quality programs and policies to
support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. Specifi cally, the key pillars of focus
will be employee engagement, performance, talent and succession with the aim of ensuring
consistency of practice across the group.

Essential for success in this role is:
• Extensive experience in the design and implementation of HR people programs and policies
within fast paced, customer driven environments;
• Subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of EVP, performance and
engagement programs with a background in generalist HR, including industrial relations;
• The ability to work within a small, focused HR team;
• Strong effectiveness in positioning the uptake of new ideas with senior stakeholders.
