An outstanding opportunity now exists within the Leadership and Learning team of this leading global financial services company. Its brand is without par and attracts high calibre talent at all levels given the commercial value placed on the development of its people.
In your new role you will work as a key member of the Leadership & Learning team. You will design, deliver and implement leadership and learning initiatives in close consultation with the business. To further enhance your consulting and advisory skills you will provide L&D advice to a divisional client group. Working within this flat structure, you will possess a strong knowledge and ability to deliver a cross section of the L+L products and services into the business with a view to take on increased responsibility.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
• Capacity to consult with fast moving business groups in a high performing culture.
• Experience in designing and implementing Leadership and Learning initiatives within a sophisticated corporate environment.
• High calibre project management and communication skills with the ability to design solutions.
• Passion, enthusiasm and commitment for the role that Leadership and Learning can play in building business capability.
• Drive and credibility to work at a senior level.
• Tertiary qualifications in Adult Education, Organisational Development, or Organisational Psychology.
