Reporting to a HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering diverse and localised HR management expertise across a professional Brisbane-based client group. Your focus will be partnering with business and coaching & mentoring on best people practice as well as leading your team on tailored and responsive day-to-day service delivery & project development.

To succeed in this rewarding and business critical role, you will be suitably qualified and have extensive experience in leading HR teams across a broad range of HR functions. particularly within large corporate structures. Demonstrated ability to develop and drive responsive people initiatives across significant client groups is also critical.
