Our client is a leading international professional services firm dedicated to providing the highest level of service.  They are currently seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Manager to compliment their highly talented Connected Learning team.  Reporting to a Senior Development Leader, the primary focus of the role is to implement effective, meaningful development solutions for the firms' clients. 

Key accountabilities include:

• Working in accordance with the overall development team and other Human Capital stakeholders to deliver on Firm-wide developmental objectives. 
• Ensuring the efficient delivery of learning solutions in order to meet overall strategic and operational objectives.
• Driving the continuous improvement of the teams' service delivery.
• Successfully managing and implementing on-going learning solutions catered to the client. 
   
You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or HR Consulting.  Knowledge and experience in a professional services environment would also be highly regarded.  Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects whilst bringing them in on schedule is paramount to this role.  You will be a team player, comfortable working across all levels of the firm including managing stakeholders.  Your excellent communication skills will be vital to meeting the Connected Learning teams' objectives.
