A diverse multimedia company, with exposure to a range of different media sectors, working across a variety of high growth situations.  In simple terms , this business "captivate peoples' attention and sells to them!"  The quality and diversity of their people are a key component to the organisation’s success.

Due to organic growth, a newly created position has become available for a HR Business Partner.  Reporting to the group HR Director and being part of the HR leadership team, this role will respond to two  CEOs, translating respective strategic business objectives into specific HR programs that will enable two diverse divisions to achieve their targets.  Being part of the Group HR leadership team you will also ensure that all people management programs and processes are delivered in an organisationally consistent manner. 

To be successful you will have previously demonstrated the following competencies:

 

  • Ability to anticipate and act upon business needs both from a divisional and group value perspective;
  • Capability to adapt influencing style to suit different audiences, businesses and cultures;
  • Demonstrate a continuous process improvement/change implementation mentality;
  • Strong proficiency in HR disciplines having previously worked in either a matrix environment or virtual workplace culture;
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
