The Client
Our client is a leading bank which has won many accolades globally. Asia continues to be its growth engine in 2010. As part of its continuing efforts to build a capable workforce, it is looking for a Training Manager who will support its SME Banking business.
The Position
This position is responsible for supporting the latest SME Banking business segment strategy with learning solutions, applying product life cycle management disciplines to manage the end-to-end execution of learning solution, and building a learning culture in the business by engaging the key stake holders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a local point of face to face stakeholder engagement, training consultancy, and development advisory to the learners and their managers.
- Working jointly with Global Curriculum Designers in developing/customizing appropriate learning solution that meets the needs of the business.
- Managing relationships with key stake holders to identify and meet the business learning and development needs.
- Analyzing learners' feedback to continuously improve the quality of the learning and development solution.
The Candidate
Degree qualified, you must have SME banking product knowledge. You possess excellent communication and stakeholders' management skills. You are also strong in planning, strategy and execution skills.
