Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the Human Resources function in line with organisational objectives, market competitiveness and financial targets. Your immediate challenges will be to address talent management strategies as well as training and development programs during this aggressive growth phase. At the same time, you will also be tasked to rationalise the current HR team structure and effectiveness to address business needs and employee relations stability.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are degree qualified with at least 7 years of experience as a HR generalist, including exposure in MNCs within either retail, fashion, service or hospitality industries. You have a strategic mindset, yet are operationally and commercially focused. As the role requires change management at various levels, you possess strong persuasive skills as well as the ability to put forth proactive strategies.
