The Adecco Group appoints new HR chief

The Adecco Group has appointed Victoria Bethlehem as its new director of human resources for Australia and New Zealand.

The Adecco Group has appointed Victoria Bethlehem as its new director of human resources for Australia and New Zealand.

Bethlehem joins the recruitment and career services firm after spending the last five years as the director of people and development for one of Adecco’s major competitors across Asia Pacific.

Joining the Group’s executive team, Bethlehem will now report directly to Jeff Doyle, chief executive officer for Australia and New Zealand.

“I am excited to welcome such an accomplished and result orientated professional on board and I have no doubt Victoria will be a great asset to our leadership team,” Doyle said.

Bethlehem’s experience includes business and operational management, specialising in individual and organisational performance development and change management.

Doyle said Bethlehem’s ability to consolidate HR services for multiple business units and improve delivery was greatly attractive to the Adecco Group, who offers several specialty divisions in the office and industrial space, and professional staffing brands covering information technology, telecommunications; finance, facilities management and construction.

The Adecco Group employs approximately 500 colleagues across Australia.
