Search underway for HR teams leading industry change
As the business landscape continues to evolve, HR professionals must constantly adapt in order to deliver the best results for their organisation. HRD magazine’s second annual Innovative HR Teams report will recognise those leading the way for the industry to follow.

From teams taking clear steps to tackle workplace inequality to implementing HR technology or a new approach to remuneration, the report will showcase the efforts of the most innovative HR teams in Australia.

“Being recognised as an Innovative HR Team in 2016 was a great moment for our team – it meant so much to us all to be recognised externally for our efforts.  We have proudly displayed the logo on our emails and the recognition was celebrated across our business.”

Helen Fraser
Director Human Resources, Australia & New Zealand
