Shaneen Argall has recently been appointed to the newly created role of director, human resources, SMS Management & Technology. Prior to joining SMS, Argall was with the law firm Allens Arthur Robinson in the role of head of policy & talent development.

Sally Kincaid has recently been appointed executive director of people and performance at ING Australia. Kincaid was previously head of human resources for Citi’s investment and corporate bank in Australia and New Zealand. She replaces the previous executive director, Brendan Keys who was promoted to global head of HR for risk and compliance, based in Amsterdam.

Kellie Reeves has been appointed national human resources director with Dimension Data. Reeves was promoted to this role from her previous role as southern region HR Manager. Prior to joining Dimension Data, Reeves spent four years with KPMG as a senior HR business consultant. She replaces Jill Shapiro.

John McDonnell has recently been appointed to the role of general manager of human resources for Accor Hotels Australia. McDonnell joins Accor after previously working as executive general manager human resources for the Voyages hotel group. He has also held HR roles for Southcorp Wines in both Australia and the UK.

Robbie Lazare was recently appointed to head the corporate human resources and organisational development function as executive vice president, human resources, with Anglogold Ashanti. He replaces Nigel Unwin who has moved to the position of executive vice president, corporate services.
