HR leaders from Atlassian, eBay, Microsoft to speak in Sydney next week

The National HR Summit returns to Luna Park Sydney on 6-7 April with a speaker line-up of HR leaders from all business sectors.
 
Australian HR Awards winners American Express and Johnson & Johnson will be sharing examples of best-practice HR in leadership development and communication, while Atlassian HRD Kellie Egan will give a highly-anticipated presentation on the tech giant’s hugely successful international recruitment campaign. 
 
Also at the National HR Summit, MAJGEN Rick Burr will share a unique perspective on HR by delving into the Australian Army’s HR strategy while a panel of HR leaders led by Grovo’s Joris Luijke will discuss the future of performance management in a session titled ‘Is the death of the appraisal inevitable’.
 
The National HR Summit is also drawing on insights from outside the HR space, with this year’s program featuring keynote presentations by Emergent CEO Holly Ransom and Australian explorers Cas and Jonesy and Mamamia co-founder Mia Freedman at the helm as conference chairperson on the opening day.
