HR job satisfaction: How are you feeling?

A new survey has found sixty-eight per cent of Aussie HR pros indicated their job satisfaction was either ‘excellent’ or ‘good’. The vast majority (92%) are happy to be working in the HR industry, and 73% would choose to do so if they had their time all over again. The findings were published in the recent Frazer Jones Workstyle Report.
Australian HR pros have also mastered the work/life balance, with 72% saying they were happy with the amount of time they spend in the office.

Viewing the results globally, the study reveals the following about the HR industry as a whole:

    Yes, I love my job - I'm working for a great company who can appreciate the value that HR brings to the organisation. It's so rewarding to see the positive effect a good HR strategy can have on the company and its people.
