HR job satisfaction: How are you feeling?

A new study has revealed just how happy HR pros with their occupational choice – how are you feeling about your job?

A new survey has found sixty-eight per cent of Aussie HR pros indicated their job satisfaction was either ‘excellent’ or ‘good’. The vast majority (92%) are happy to be working in the HR industry, and 73% would choose to do so if they had their time all over again. The findings were published in the recent Frazer Jones Workstyle Report.
Australian HR pros have also mastered the work/life balance, with 72% saying they were happy with the amount of time they spend in the office.
