The speaker line-up for the 2016 National HR Summit has been revealed.
Keynote speakers have been announced for the 14th annual National HR Summit, which returns to Luna Park Sydney on 6-7 April 2016.
Jodee Kozlak, global EVP and CHRO for Target Corporation will share insights gained from her executive leadership role at the retail giant. In her role Kozlak sets the strategy for talent management and organisational design as well as team culture and employment brand.
HC spoke to conference and event manager Katie Anderson about the speaker line-up for the event.
“This year we really wanted to offer our audience valuable insights at a global, as well as local level,” she said.
“It’s fantastic that the head of HR for a huge international company like Target is flying to Sydney to share her story with our delegates.”
Other key speakers include Australian HR Director of the Year Amanda Towe of Johnson & Johnson, Major General Rick Burr, deputy chief of the Australian Army, and Cas and Jonesy, Australian explorers who made world history by completing the first unsupported trek from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole and back.
The National HR Summit features two separate conference programs including a unique HR Directors Forum designed exclusively for HR Directors and senior decision-makers.
Both programs have been developed based on research with thousands of HR professionals nationwide to focus on the key challenges and issues facing the HR industry.
