This year 18 award categories
are open for entry, recognising teams and companies that have demonstrated excellence across a range of HR areas including change management
, leadership development and recruitment
There are also several awards that recognise outstanding individuals at different stages in their HR career from Rising Star to HR Manager and the prestigious Australian HR Director of the Year category. The Australian HR Champion of the Year award is given to the CEO that has best demonstrated support for people management initiatives and driven successful HR strategies from the top.
Past winners reflect organisations of all sizes and business sectors so all HC
