    It may be that I take a very simplistic view, but where did we come up with the idea of "reverse discrimination"?
    Discrimination is discrimination!
    The basis for discrimination may vary - the direction is always the same.

    I don't think that is a simplistic view in any negative sense, in fact to the contrary - it is the simple truth! Discrimination is discrimination, racism is racism, sexism is sexism etc. These are multi-directional realities which are central to our humanity.
    To use other descriptors, such as 'reverse', is to confuse and obfuscate... which is a classic characteristic of progressive correctness and which (it seems to me) are designed to promote guilt, shame and self-loathing in the target audience.
