An Indian airline is focused on female-only hiring – they say the weight difference will save them $500k a year.

Where is the gender equality in that policy ? They already have 60% female staff and now they are stopping males from hving access to all future jobs in cabin crew. There is not one question mark raised about whether this is right or fair.

Is this a case of every little bit counts? Restrictions on passengers size? Is that coming next? Other airlines may follow suit on this one! What about more restrictions on baggage allowance?
