Content is King, Context is God

Since the beginning of our journey, the goal has always been to help our clients reach the right people at the right time and really grab the attention of their target audience.

Our service was launched in response to changes in online behaviour, most specifically the significant increase in social media usage. These online developments created a distinct need for clients to reach those people that are not active via traditional online channels such as job boards or job search engines. In order to do so, clients must focus on enhancing brand awareness and offering interesting, relevant content to their users.

Our clients have used this service to embrace social media with open arms. We enable them to distribute content and jobs to their target audience in unique, engaging ways.

This is a fantastic achievement but – as with any business – the landscape is constantly changing. We are well aware of the need to adapt to changes in social behaviour, so as the market’s activity and channels have evolved, we have been evolving too.

Just over a year ago, we coined the phrase “social seeding” which fits perfectly with how we work with clients today. Rather than just creating job posts, we are educating our clients on how to distribute high-quality brand content and timely, relevant information such as webinars, white papers and event invitations.

Social media has made it easy for us to share our knowledge, thoughts and information with the world at the click of a button. Within these communication channels, image and video are of ever increasing importance when it comes to talent attraction and content strategy in order to make sure your brand stands head and shoulders above the rest.
