For 35 years I gathered examples of effective and ineffective management behavior and used them in story form to help managers gain more perspective on what would help them improve their performance. This year I published 58 of these vignettes in a book entitled, "Leadership Lessons...Proven on the Front Line". If you are interested it is available through Amazon.com as well as http://www.Booklocker.com. My webpage which details more about the book including an excerpt is http://booklocker.com/books/5460.html. I included application questions with each vignette so the reader can reflect on the behavior as it relates to them. Some of my clients are using the book as a team building tool.
