    My view is that Organisational Development will be the key to success in future for HR professionals with emphasis on understanding in depth the stage where the organisation and making continuous suggestions and waves to forsee the future along with the CEO or MD and craft out a way to be there. If anyone in the organisation can do it and who has perspective of all departments function....it is HR. SO HR professionals rise up and educate yourselves to understand all the business functions in depth and not superfluous, as the future will belong to people who is there to develop the greatest asset of all ...     The article is well done at a high level summary level and I have to agree there is a great deal of opportunity for HR professionals to provide a great deal of value to the organizations they work for. The technologies one may utilize will vary greatly based on the industry and size of a organization. The key for any HR professional is understand what is available and just as important, what is be options for their organization giving the greatest return on investment.

    The article is useful and informative for HR practitioners. To manage diversity, retention and satisfaction of employees , a transparent system should be placed in organization where employees will have comfort level with technology and practices of organization.
