    The suggestion that you need to SEE the candidate to interview them properly could almost be considered discriminatory practice much like asking a person their age at an interview. What's to see in a candidate to assist you make a decision about their capability, assuming good looks is not a required role competency. And yes I hear a lot about the visual clues practice but really how many people interviewing have formal training and so a capability to interpret the supposed visual clues a person gives off during a conversation.

    Fantastic article. Web conferencing can be greatly used for online job interviews by companies as it benefits in many ways such as easy accessibility to candidates, instant access, eliminating nonverbal signs etc. Companies can use various web conferencing tools such as WebEx, gomeetnow, gotomeeting, on premise RHUB web conferencing appliances etc. regarding the same.
