Organisations cry out for quality leaders

Effective leadership is a vital ingredient of achieving long-term business success, yet new UK based research has revealed that just one third (36%) of business leaders and one in five (18%) HR professionals rate the quality of leadership as ‘high’ in their organisations.

    We all know that managers want to be successful, and in our roles as HR professionals, it our job to ensure that our managers/leaders have the skills, tools & resources to confidently engage their teams & to have the truly important conversations with their team members that foster trust & respect. However, we see a fundamental requirement being Employee Activated Engagement - whereby the individual employee is responsible for their own engagement (70% of the time). Give managers the means to lead and the employees clarity about what it is that they truly want and you have the foundation for a sustainable, win-win workforce culture.
