A new Unit has been established by the FWC to address pay equity in Australian workplaces.

    If a woman wants the pay given in male-dominated industries, what's stopping her from applying for a job there?

    What do you think will close this gap:

    Mind you, these are some of the most sophisticated women in the country, and they CHOOSE to earn less while getting paid at the same rate as their male counterparts.
