Sir Richard battles his own email system for the right to use the word "bollocks".

I worked in an organisation whose IT team was solely responsible for adding words to their banned list. Further, their policy was NOT to advise staff of blocked emails.

My contract was to run a large recruitment campaign in a very tight labour market. Over a few days I realised I was getting zero response to my campaigns (which up until then had been successful).

It turns out that the IT team decided to add "recruitment" to it's list of banned words because they felt only staff trying to find other jobs would use the word.

My Title included the word "Recruitment" - so all emails in and out were blocked!!!
